Omotayo Olorunfemi is a highly skilled learning and development specialist with over twelve years of experience in K-12 education. He excels in instructional design, curriculum development, and implementing educational technology solutions. Omotayo's expertise includes needs analysis, ideation, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. He holds multiple degrees and diplomas, including Chemical Engineering and Science Education, and he is currently pursuing a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout his career, he has partnered with various organizations to implement impactful projects, such as the Google Impact Challenge and the MasterCard Foundation's Learn at Home initiative. Omotayo is recognized as the first African member of the Learning Engineering Ambassador Program and is currently the Head of Training and Learning at LearnFactory Nigeria. His research interests lie in leveraging learning sciences and engineering to improve learning outcomes in underserved communities. Omotayo is passionate about youth development, digitization of learning content, and empowering educators in Africa. He is the Founder of Teachers Academy Africa and actively engages in community building initiatives.
